Kimberly provided a depth of knowledge around nutrition and fitness. I exercised a lot on my own without seeing results. Kimberly's plan focused in on my goal and after six weeks, I feel better and look better. I am doing this to look good for my wedding and would recommend it to everyone! "I
am a 15 year old poodle with arthritis, seizures, and overall aches and
pains of old age. My trainer has given me great workouts and kept me in
shape to preserve my "golden doggie years"! Thank you for being my best
friend, workout buddy and for letting me play with all your cool fitness
toys! I know I've ruined some of them by chewing on the boxing gloves or
putting holes in your fitness balls with my paws!
(Sadly, Brandy passed away on September 15, 2006 of old age)
