Evaluations are a great way to track the success of a fitness program and give us feedback from the client as well. A client's success is our best reference! Each of these references are pulled directly from each client's evaluation form after 3, 6, and 12 months of training.

 


GURU STAR SUCCESS  
Bernadette Parong
Prior to 2004, Bernadette (44 years old) worked out on her own and had hired a few trainers with nominal success. In 2000 she ran the Coronado Bay Bridge Run in 48 minutes at a weight of 125 (pant size 8). In 2003 her weight went up to 130 and her size was a 10. In 2004, Bernadette hired Kimberly as her trainer 3 times per week. She weighed in at 128 lbs. and 31.8% body fat,  pant size, 10. In 2005, Bernadette trained with Kimberly for the Coronado Bay Bridge Run, and improved her time by 6:50 (41:10). During that 6 month period, prior to the run, she lost 18.2 lbs., reduced her body fat to 23.4% and dropped her pant size to a 6! Bernadette's ongoing success continues in 2006 with continued dedication to her healthy workouts and lifestyle. She now wears a size 2, and her body fat is 18.2% and weight is 106.6 lbs. Her ongoing training with Kimberly prepared her for the 2006 Coronado Bay Bridge run, finishing this year 36:45 (an improvement of 12 minutes from 2000)! In November, she ran her first 10 K run with great success. Go Bernadette! She is a true GURU STAR!
